ROTISSERIE CHICKEN (POLLO A LA BRASA)
A Peruvian staple – grilled chicken marinated in a special sauce made from a variety of spices and ingredients to create a mouthwatering flavor combination. It is then slow-roasted on a rotisserie. Served with your choice of 2 sides: homemade French fries, yuca, fried plantains, beans, or salad (lettuce, tomato, and carrots). Specialty dipping sauce and salad dressing included.

Fajitas
Marinated meat sauteed with onions and peppers. Served with cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, and lettuce. Served with white rice, and 3 flour tortillas on the side.
EMPANADAS
Meat, onions, and peppers wrapped in dough and deep fried, with a side of Rocoto cream.
SALADS
Lettuce, cheese, corn, sour cream, pico de gallo, and croutons with a choice of meat, and pinto or black beans. Served with cilantro vinaigrette or creamy house dressing. (Vegetarian comes with fresh avocado)
